Refund policy

Returns: For online purchases you have 14 days to return your items damage free,  for store credit. You can also exchange any item as long as we have the item and size you need in stock. If there is a circumstance in which you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you can email us to discuss return options, but  shipping will be your responsibility. 

Shipping: Orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days of the order being placed unless it is a preorder item - which will be indicated in the item description as shown below.

***THIS IS A PREORDER ITEM, therefore, this item may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe depending on stock of item!! If item ships separately from other items you purchase you will not have to pay an additional fee!!

We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your shipping rate is calculated through Shopify by the weight of the items purchased. You are charged a flat rate for shipping, and we the provider will ship via best way.
